Leftover Turkey Dish
Gotta love those leftovers! This gravy-like meal will put your leftovers to good use. Give it a try served over hot rolls or biscuits for a hearty twist on comfort food.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) minced onion
- 1 tablespoon(s) green pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) sliced celery
- 16 ounce(s) chopped turkey
- 1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 8 ounce(s) skim milk
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions

Brown onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in heavy skillet.

Simmer about 5 minutes, then add turkey, soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer 20 minutes, stirring once in a while.

The dish may be served on hot biscuits, rolls, toast or buns.
