  • 4 teaspoon(s) baking powder

  • 2 eggs

Instructions

 

  • Sift together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Add eggs, milk and oil.
  • Beat until just smooth-do not over beat.
  • Turn into a greased 9x9x2 inch-baking pan.
  • Bake in a 425 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
  • Ready in 35 min.
