Healthy Egg Breakfast
It's time to get "egg-cited" for breakfast! If you are up for a healthy, high fiber, high protein, low-carb and low-calorie breakfast without renouncing your beloved eggs, this is your dish.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup(s) salsa
- 1/4 cup(s) wheat bran
- 1/2 cup(s) fat-free cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa.
- Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.
- Add wheat bran to egg mixture.
- Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle.
- Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top.
- Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
