Healthy Egg Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup(s) salsa
  • 1/4 cup(s) wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup(s) fat-free cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa.
  • Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Add wheat bran to egg mixture.
  • Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle.
  • Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top.
  • Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
