Beef stroganoff doesn’t have to cost you a fortune in fat and calories. Use your noodle and whip up this healthy version of a family favorite. Prepared with healthy ingredients, it’s a meal that’s sure to satisfy your soul… and your stomach.
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 16 ounce(s) ground beef
- 4 ounce(s) mushrooms, sliced
- 3/50 cup(s) flour (1 tbsp.)
- 1/2 cup(s) low sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoon(s) no salt added tomato paste
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with mushrooms and onion.

When meat is cooked, sprinkle flour over top and stir to mix inch Add broth and cook until thickened, scraping any sticking bits from the bottom.

Remove from heat.

Stir in sour cream.

Serve over hot cooked noodles.
