Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 16 ounce(s) ground beef
  • 4 ounce(s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/50 cup(s) flour (1 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 cup(s) low sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon(s) no salt added tomato paste
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef with mushrooms and onion.
  • When meat is cooked, sprinkle flour over top and stir to mix inch Add broth and cook until thickened, scraping any sticking bits from the bottom.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Serve over hot cooked noodles.
