Ingredients

  

  • 8 veal medallions, sliced in thin strips
  • 1/4 cup(s) oil
  • 1 sliced mushrooms, 4 oz
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped onions
  • 2 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup(s) Marsala wine

Instructions

 

  • Saute veal in oil.
  • Add vegetables and seasonings.
  • Cook over “low” heat until tender.
  • Add wine and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Ready in 15 min.
