Garlic Yogurt Cucumber Salad

Go Greek with this satisfying cucumber salad. Just a few quick ingredients will cut down on your dinner prep time.

Ingredients

  

  • 1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated fine
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions

 

  • Empty yogurt into a small mixing bowl and grate the half cucumber into it.
  • Using a garlic press, press the garlic into bowl.
  • Add vinegar, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Best when chilled for 30 minutes or so.
  • Keeps great in fridge for a few days.
  • Serve with warm pita bread for dipping.
  • Ready in 10 min.
