
Fruit Sherbet
When life gives you lemons, oranges, bananas, and pineapples, make sherbet. The homemade version of this fruity classic is a great way to chill out.
Ingredients
- 4 Juice of 4 lemons
- 4 Juice of 4 oranges
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 3 1/2 cup(s) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 32 floz water
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
Instructions

Heat sugar and water and bring to boil.

Soak gelatin in small amount of cold water.

Add gelatin to boiling water and sugar mixture.

Stir well.

Cool.

Add fruit and cool water to fill freezer canister.
