Fruit Sherbet

When life gives you lemons, oranges, bananas, and pineapples, make sherbet. The homemade version of this fruity classic is a great way to chill out.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Juice of 4 lemons
  • 4 Juice of 4 oranges
  • 4 bananas, mashed
  • 3 1/2 cup(s) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3 1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 32 floz water
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Heat sugar and water and bring to boil.
  • Soak gelatin in small amount of cold water.
  • Add gelatin to boiling water and sugar mixture.
  • Stir well.
  • Cool.
  • Add fruit and cool water to fill freezer canister.
