Extra-Virgin Salad Dressing

This tart and tangy vinaigrette is a great way to dress up your favorite vegetables. For extra flavor, add some blue cheese crumbles to the mix.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 ounce(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place minced garlic, mustard, celery salt, salt and pepper, vinegars of choice in bowl.
  • Very slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
  • Place in glass container.
  • Can be refrigerated for 2 weeks and brought to room temperature prior to dressing salad.
  • Ready in 20 min.
