Extra-Virgin Salad Dressing
This tart and tangy vinaigrette is a great way to dress up your favorite vegetables. For extra flavor, add some blue cheese crumbles to the mix.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1 ounce(s) Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
 - 1 dash(es) salt
 - 1 dash(es) freshly ground black pepper
 - 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon(s) wine vinegar
 - 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
 
Instructions
- 
Place minced garlic, mustard, celery salt, salt and pepper, vinegars of choice in bowl.
 - 
Very slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
 - 
Place in glass container.
 - 
Can be refrigerated for 2 weeks and brought to room temperature prior to dressing salad.
 - 
Ready in 20 min.
