Dijon Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 333/1000 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 333/1000 cup(s) fat-free half-and-half
Instructions

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
