  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 333/1000 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 333/1000 cup(s) fat-free half-and-half

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  • Spray a large skillet with baking spray.
  • Cook pork chops 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  • Stir chicken broth into skillet, scraping up browned bits.
  • Stir in mustard until blended.
  • Stir in the half and half.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  • Simmer, uncovered, 5-6 minutes or until thickened.
  • Serve over pork chops.
