  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 ounce(s) white wine
  • 20 scallops
  • 20 mussels
  • 20 clams
  • 20 shrimp
  • 1 Mixed field greens

Instructions
 

  • For dressing, mix first six ingredients.
  • In hot saut pan, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice and wine.
  • Saut seafood for six minutes.
  • Drain seafood and arrange on bed of greens.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve.
