- 1/2 yellow onion, grated

- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 ounce(s) white wine
- 20 scallops
- 20 mussels
- 20 clams
- 20 shrimp
- 1 Mixed field greens
Instructions
- For dressing, mix first six ingredients.
- In hot saut pan, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice and wine.
- Saut seafood for six minutes.
- Drain seafood and arrange on bed of greens.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
