- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 20 scallops
- 20 mussels
- 20 clams
- 20 shrimp
- 1 Mixed field greens
For dressing, mix first six ingredients.
In hot saut pan, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice and wine.
Saut seafood for six minutes.
