Country Chicken
One taste of this classic country chicken platter will have your whole family flocking. This tempting dish isn’t just great on the tastebuds, but it’s heart-healthy and waist-friendly, too.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 12 ounce(s) fat free chicken gravy
- 1 teaspoon(s) prepared or Dijon-style mustard
- 667/1000 tablespoon(s) honey
- 4 cup(s) hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt
Instructions

Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute.

Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.

Set aside.

Add gravy, mustard and honey.

Heat to a boil.

Return chicken to pan.

Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Serve over rice.
