  • 4 slices white or whole wheat bread
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 sliced corned beef
  • 1 pat of soft butter
  • 1 mustard, optional

Instructions
 

  • For each sandwich, cover bottom slice of bread with a cheese slice, corned beef and second slice of cheese and bread.
  • Spread outside of the sandwich with butter and grill in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
