Ingredients

  

  • 48 ounce(s) plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 8 ounce(s) water
  • 1 beaten egg (or egg’s white)

Instructions

 

  • Strain Yoghurt using a smooth colander into a pot.
  • Add egg or egg’s white.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup of water.
  • Stir into cold yogurt for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and use as desired.
