- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup(s) heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 lemon rind
- 1 wafer crust
Instructions

Mix all ingredients until smooth and fit the wafer crust into a 9-inch spring form pan.

Pour in ingredients, and bake 1 hour or till slightly browned at edges at 350 degrees.
