
Chili Kabobs
Think of this gourmet offering as chili on a stick. These carefully crafted kabobs are chock full of the smoky flavor you’ve come to love, only they’re a whole lot meatier.
Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne or to taste
- 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 32 ounce(s) sirloin steak tips, cut into two inch cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into two inch squares
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into two inch squares
- 8 ounce(s) pearl onions, peeled
- 10 ounce(s) package baby bella mushrooms
Instructions

Mix Liquid Smoke, chili powder, oil, vinegar, cumin and garlic in a gallon size resealable bag.

Place sirloin in bag and let marinate at least four hours or overnight.

Preheat broiler, or outdoor grill.

Skewer meat, peppers, onions and mushrooms onto skewers.

Grill or broil until desired doneness, 10-12 minutes for medium rare.
