Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne or to taste
  • 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 32 ounce(s) sirloin steak tips, cut into two inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into two inch squares
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into two inch squares
  • 8 ounce(s) pearl onions, peeled
  • 10 ounce(s) package baby bella mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Mix Liquid Smoke, chili powder, oil, vinegar, cumin and garlic in a gallon size resealable bag.
  • Place sirloin in bag and let marinate at least four hours or overnight.
  • Preheat broiler, or outdoor grill.
  • Skewer meat, peppers, onions and mushrooms onto skewers.
  • Grill or broil until desired doneness, 10-12 minutes for medium rare.
