Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in chunks
  • 1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 teaspoon(s) dried basil
  • 1 low sodium bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup(s) no salt added tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) half and half

Instructions
 

  • Saute the chicken in olive oil until browned.
  • Turn chicken and add tomato, mushrooms, and garlic and cook on medium heat until the mushrooms start to darken.
  • Add basil, bacon, tomato sauce, and Parmesan.
  • Heat on low for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add half-and-half to mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve over pasta.
