Chicken & Mushrooms in White Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
- 1 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 teaspoon(s) dried basil
- 1 low sodium bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup(s) no salt added tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) half and half
Instructions
- Saute the chicken in olive oil until browned.
- Turn chicken and add tomato, mushrooms, and garlic and cook on medium heat until the mushrooms start to darken.
- Add basil, bacon, tomato sauce, and Parmesan.
- Heat on low for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add half-and-half to mixture.
- Mix well.
- Serve over pasta.
