Cheese-Covered Grapes

Here's a grape-tasting appetizer that won't have you spending hours in the kitchen. Have your kids help mix the cream cheese coating and roll the grapes for a delicious snack that will help keep little hands busy...for a short while at least!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) (1 lb) seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayo
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) walnuts, finely chopped and toasted

Instructions
 

  • Beat together until smoothe the cream cheese and mayo.
  • Add grapes and gently stir to coat them.
  • Put the nuts on a sheet of wax paper and roll each coated grape in the nuts.
  • Place grapes on a cookie sheet and chill for at least an hour.
  • When ready to serve arrange grapes on the serving platter in the shape of a bunch of a grape cluster and decorate with a couple of green leaves or silk leaves.
