Buttery Corn Casserole
Call me corny, but this casserole is down right delicious! Full of rich and creamy butter and eggs, this easy-to-make dish is hearty enough to stand alone or be paired with such things as chili or fried chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) butter, melted
- 2 (15.25 oz) cans creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 ounce(s) dry cornbread mix
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 dash salt to taste
- 1 dash black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Add corn, eggs, corn bread mix, onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until firm.
- Ready in 50 min.
