
Brandy Cream Sauce for Steak
Even if your steaks have been grilled to perfection, they’re never fully dressed without a finishing sauce. This decadent brandy cream sauce with spicy whole grain mustard will be sure to elevate your next steak dinner.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce(s) brandy
- 1 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) mustard, prepared, whole whole grain mustard
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions

Deglaze pan with brandy.

Add cream and mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer and stir constantly over medium-low heat until reduced to desired thickness.
