Best Mango Pina Colada

Mango rum mixed with crushed pineapple and vanilla ice cream makes for a delicious frozen summer drink. You can whip up a non-alcoholic version with mango puree instead.

  • 10 ounce(s) frozen Pina colada mix
  • 1 cup(s) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cup(s) vanilla ice cream
  • 25 2/5 ounce(s) mango flavored rum
  • 8 cubes of ice
  • 1/4 cup(s) whipping cream
  • 4 cherries with stems

Instructions

 

  • Combine the Pina colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, rum, and ice in a blender.
  • Blend until slushy.
  • Pour the whipping cream into a bowl, and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Stir into the Pina colada mixture to blend evenly; pour into four glasses.
  • Top each drink with a cherry.
  • Ready in 10 min.
