
Beef Sausage
Not a fan of pork? Beef sausage is a perfect substitute, which can be made ahead of time, frozen, then used in a variety of dishes, from spaghetti to sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 5 pound(s) ground beef
- 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard seeds
- 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon(s) hickory smoke salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke
- 4 ounce(s) water
- 5 teaspoon(s) quick salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
Instructions

Mix well all the ingredients.

Let stand overnight in “fridge”.

Next day: roll into 2 loaves.

Wrap in foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
