All In One Salmon Florentine

Nothings fishy about this salmon florentine. Spinach adds a pleasing texture and healthful balance to this one-dish meal to make it supremely delish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 handful spinach, shredded
  • 1 ounce(s) white sauce or prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 ounce(s) linguine
  • 1 salmon filet
  • 2 jumbo shrimp

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion and add spinach; stir.
  • Add basic white sauce and chicken stock; blend and heat to desired temperature.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste; keep warm.
  • Grill salmon and shrimp to desired temperatures.
  • Toss sauce with linguine and place on plate.
  • Top with grilled seafood and serve.
