Why not opt for a grilled chicken honey mustard wrap, a yogurt parfait and a bottled water for just 420 calories? There are plenty of choices that can fit your healthy meal plan. Enjoy a plain grilled chicken sandwich, broiled fish, chili, a plain baked potato, fresh vegetables or a side salad. Substitute a soda for water or unsweetened iced tea. Bypass anything fried, breaded or prepared with cream-based sauces. Also avoid salad dressings that are high in fat and calories. Go light or don't go at all.
