
Simple Lima Beans

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. package, frozen baby lima beans
- 2 teaspoon(s) butter, without salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
- 3/10 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook lima beans in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes or until tender and drain.

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

When butter begins to foam and turn light brown, add lima beans, remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste.

Saute until mixture is heated throughout.
