Simple Lima Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 oz. package, frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 teaspoon(s) butter, without salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
  • 3/10 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook lima beans in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes or until tender and drain.
  • Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • When butter begins to foam and turn light brown, add lima beans, remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute until mixture is heated throughout.
  • Ready in 25 min.
