Chinese Pork
Sometimes you feel sweet; sometimes you feel sour. You’ll have the best of both worlds with this Chinese pork dish. Serve with white or brown rice for a rewarding meal.
Ingredients
- 32 ounce(s) cubed pork
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) vinegar
- 1 small onion
- 2 tomatoes cut in slices
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ginger
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 2 green peppers; cut into strips
Instructions

In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch.

Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on high for 10 minutes.

Serve with rice.
