
Fried Onions & Red Potato Casserole
There’s a whole lot to be said for this onion and potato casserole, like how good it is for starters. With a combination of great flavors, it makes for a mouthwatering dish that takes a stand against boring potato dishes.
Ingredients
- 12 red potatoes, boiled until done
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3/16 cup(s) flour
- 12 tablespoon(s) Durkee real French fried onions
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon(s) parsley, minced
- 1 cup(s) grated cheese
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 cup(s) milk
Instructions

Make a thick white sauce of butter, flour and milk and then season with salt, pepper and Italian season.

Dice or slice the potatoes into the cream sauce.

Add the parsley and cook 7 minutes longer.

Turn into well-greased dish.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and French fried onions.

Bake in a 375 degrees.
