Fried Onions & Red Potato Casserole

There's a whole lot to be said for this onion and potato casserole, like how good it is for starters. With a combination of great flavors, it makes for a mouthwatering dish that takes a stand against boring potato dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 red potatoes, boiled until done
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3/16 cup(s) flour
  • 12 tablespoon(s) Durkee real French fried onions
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley, minced
  • 1 cup(s) grated cheese
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 1 cup(s) milk

Instructions
 

  • Make a thick white sauce of butter, flour and milk and then season with salt, pepper and Italian season.
  • Dice or slice the potatoes into the cream sauce.
  • Add the parsley and cook 7 minutes longer.
  • Turn into well-greased dish.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and French fried onions.
  • Bake in a 375 degrees.
  • Ready in 40 min.
