Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound(s) steak, tenderized, cut into single-serving sizes
- 15 ounce(s) can rotel tomatoes, crushed
- 15 ounce(s) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions

Spray deep skillet with cooking spray or lightly oil or use a Teflon coated pan.

Season meat with salt and pepper to taste and brown on both sides.

Add vegetables, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
