  • 2 1/2 pound(s) steak, tenderized, cut into single-serving sizes
  • 15 ounce(s) can rotel tomatoes, crushed
  • 15 ounce(s) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) bell peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spray deep skillet with cooking spray or lightly oil or use a Teflon coated pan.
  • Season meat with salt and pepper to taste and brown on both sides.
  • Add vegetables, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  • Ready in 40 min.
