
Pork Chops & Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
- 3 cup(s) soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- 1/4 cup(s) melted butter
- 2 floz water
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 16/25 floz water
Instructions

Heat cooking oil in ovenproof skillet and brown pork chops; pour off all drippings.

Mix breadcrumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup of water and poultry seasoning.

Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.

Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water.

Pour over pork chops and stuffing.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Ready in 1 hour and 15 min.
