Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
  • 3 cup(s) soft breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup(s) melted butter
  • 2 floz water
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
  • 1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 16/25 floz water

Instructions
 

  • Heat cooking oil in ovenproof skillet and brown pork chops; pour off all drippings.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup of water and poultry seasoning.
  • Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.
  • Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water.
  • Pour over pork chops and stuffing.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Ready in 1 hour and 15 min.
