Delicious Italian Veggie Fondue
It’s not your traditional cheese fondue, but this Italian-style dipping sauce is an ideal pairing for fresh veggies, like radishes, zucchini sticks, carrots, and celery strips. Mix it up with whatever you have on hand for a quick and easy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
- 2 (2 oz.) cans anchovy fillets
- 1 your favorite vegetables
Instructions

Pour oil into fondue pot; add garlic and pepper.
