
Garlic Yogurt Cucumber Salad
Go Greek with this satisfying cucumber salad. Just a few quick ingredients will cut down on your dinner prep time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated fine
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions

Empty yogurt into a small mixing bowl and grate the half cucumber into it.

Using a garlic press, press the garlic into bowl.

Add vinegar, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Best when chilled for 30 minutes or so.

Keeps great in fridge for a few days.

Serve with warm pita bread for dipping.
