  • 7 ounce(s) salmon filet
  • 33/50 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dill
  • 1/2 lemon, juice from half of lemon
  • 8 tablespoon(s) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

Instructions

 

  • Season and grill salmon.
  • Heat butter in saucepan until melted; add dill and lemon juice.
  • Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil for about 1 minute.
  • Stop cooking when the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
  • Ladle sauce on plate and top with salmon.
