Salmon Pinwheels
Start out your party with an appetizer that will make a splash. This Mexican style pinwheel requires some chill time. These delicious bite-sized starters are packed full of pinwheel perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 8 ounce(s) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoon(s) salsa, mild
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley, fresh
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) cilantro, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions

Remove any bones from drained salmon.

Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

Spread mixture evenly on each of the tortilla shells.

Roll up tightly in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.

Slice each tortilla into bite size pinwheels.

Ready in 2 hours.
