
Saucy Marinated Mushrooms
Make shroom for this great-tasting appetizer. If you’re looking for the perfect accompaniment to a nice dinner, these marinated mushrooms fit the bill. They melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms
- 6 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 6 floz dry white wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 4 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
Instructions

Place mushrooms in a glass or earthenware bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
