Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 6 floz dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place mushrooms in a glass or earthenware bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Ready in 30 min.
  • Marinate a few days before serving.
