
Shrimp Fettuccine

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3/4 cup(s) basic white sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) diced tomato
- 6 jumbo shrimp, grilled
- 3/4 cup(s) fettuccine, cooked al dente (6 oz.)
- 1 garlic toast
Instructions

Saute garlic in olive oil 2 minutes.

Make a basic white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper; add to garlic.

Add tomatoes and simmer 1 minute.

Add shrimp and stir.

Plate the fettuccine and top with shrimp sauce.
