Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) ground turkey breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) spicy brown mustard
  • 1 pepper Cooking spray (0.25 tsp.)
  • 4 100% whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 1 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato slices

Instructions

 

  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
  • Shape into four burgers.
  • Prepare a hot fire in a charcoal grill.
  • Lightly coat the grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.
  • Grill burgers until nicely browned on both sides and heated through, about 7 minutes a side.
  • Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
