Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
Shape into four burgers.
Prepare a hot fire in a charcoal grill.
Lightly coat the grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.
Grill burgers until nicely browned on both sides and heated through, about 7 minutes a side.
Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
