Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) white rice
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) drained mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup(s) chopped green onions
  • 1 cup(s) chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce

Instructions

 

  • Cook rice using package directions and let cool.
  • Combine the rice, oranges, onions, celery, and mushrooms in a serving bowl, tossing to mix.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oil, and soy sauce.
  • Pour dressing over rice mixture and mix gently.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
