- 1 cup(s) chopped green onions
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1/2 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoon(s) oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
Cook rice using package directions and let cool.
Combine the rice, oranges, onions, celery, and mushrooms in a serving bowl, tossing to mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oil, and soy sauce.
Pour dressing over rice mixture and mix gently.
Chill until ready to serve.
