Party Stew
Get ready to party hearty! This is nice, thick, yummy, fast and friendly recipe for a perfect and delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) chuck steak
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 4 floz water
- 24 floz tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 dash(es) Season salt
- 1 dash(es) Pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 19 1/5 ounce(s) cans of mushrooms (2 small cans)
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) egg noodles
Instructions

Cut meat into bite-size chunks.

Roll in flour and brown.

Add water and mix with scrapings from pan.

Add tomato juice and seasonings, season to taste.

Dice onion and add cook on low heat for 75 minutes.

Add sour cream and mushrooms.

Stir in sugar.

Serve over rice and/or egg noodles.
